These Terms govern your use of our website and services, including event registrations, sponsorships, and other related offerings. By making a payment or registering for an event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Payment Terms

  • Currency and Charges:
     All payments made for our services, including event registrations and sponsorships, will be processed in [USD/INR/Other Currency]. Any additional transaction or conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.

  • International Payments:
     International payments may be subject to currency exchange rates and processing fees. Please ensure that your payment method supports international transactions. We are not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your financial institution.

3. Refund Policy

  • Event Registration Refunds:

    • Refund requests made 15 days or more prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
    • Refund requests made less than 15 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Sponsorship Refunds:

    • Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed and confirmation has been provided.
    • In cases where the event is postponed or canceled, sponsors may choose to apply their payment toward a future event or request a refund, subject to review.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Event Cancellations:
     If an event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations), registered attendees will be notified immediately, and refund options or rescheduling details will be provided.

  • Participant Cancellations:
     Attendees who wish to cancel their participation must notify us in writing at least 30 days before the event to be eligible for a refund, as per the refund policy outlined above.

5. Modifications to the Event

We reserve the right to modify event dates, agendas, speaker lineups, or formats as necessary. In the event of significant changes, registered participants will be notified, and appropriate options (such as refunds or transfers) will be provided.

6. Privacy and Data Security

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and employ industry-standard practices to protect your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to errors, delays, or technical issues.
