1. Cancellation Policy
At TechSommet, we strive to deliver exceptional events and experiences. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- For Attendees:
- Cancellations made 15 days or more before the event will be eligible for a full refund minus administrative fees.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
- For Sponsors & Exhibitors:
- Cancellations made 60 days or more before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 60 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
- For Virtual Events:
- No refunds will be provided for virtual event registrations. However, a recording of the event will be shared with all registered participants.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days from the date of approval.
- The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
- Any transaction fees, bank charges, or administrative costs incurred will be deducted from the refundable amount.
3. Transfer of Registration
- If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us at least 7 days in advance.
- Transfers are subject to approval by TechSommet.
4. Event Cancellations by TechSommet
- In the unlikely event that TechSommet cancels or postpones an event, registered participants will have the option to:
- Receive a full refund of the registration fee.
- Transfer their registration to a future event.
- TechSommet will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
